Pomegranate mojito

Ingredients:

60 ml rum
60 ml Greek pomegranate juice
120 ml soda water
1/2 lime, chopped
2 t.s. pomegranate seeds
1 t.s. brown sugar
Spearmint leaves
1 spearmint sprig

Method:

Place the lime pieces into a glass with the spearmint leaves and the sugar. Crush well with a pestle. Fill half the glass with ice. Pour in the rum, the Greek pomegranate juice, the pomegranate seeds, and fill with soda water. Mix well with a stirrer.

Garnish with a sprig of spearmint, a slice of lime, and a few pomegranate seeds.
